Beachcard holders must be residents of Concord Massachusetts and cannot apply for a card until they are in residence.  There is a non-refundable application fee.  If you are a Concord resident and would be interested in being a beach card holder please download the Application Form and mail it to:

The waiting list is currently one to two years.  An out of town waiting list is maintained, but new beach cards are currently offered to Concord residents only at this time.  Invitations from the waiting list and invoices for the previous year’s beachcard holders are sent out about March 15.  Payment is due on April 15.
